Best Seven Layer Bean Dip Recipe!

Plan on having a party this weekend? If so, why not bring this Seven Layer Bean Dip Recipe! I recently tried this side dish with my husband and he ate almost the entire pan.   • 2 cans refried black beans
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt
  • 1 8-oz container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 to 1/2 packet of taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar jack or mexican blend cheese
  • 1 small can of diced black olives
  • 1/4 cup ro-tel (or 1 small chopped tomato if you aren’t lazy like me!)
  • 3 chopped green onions

Fun DIY Rock Stamps!

Do your kids love to make crafts and use stamps? This is one of my daughters favorite things to do! Below you will find a list of materials and directions!

Materials:
1. Smooth Rocks
2. Foam Stickeres
3. Paper
4. Ink Pads or Paint

Directions:
1. Clean off rocks and place on foam stickers.
2. Lightly tap the stamp on ink pad or in paint.
3. Begin stamping your paper.

Creamy Potato Curry Recipe!

In the mood for curry tonight? If you are like me, curry dishes can be hit or miss. So, I recently tried this Creamy Potato Curry recipe and devoured it, as did my entire family. I think I ate three bowls! If you’d like to try this curry recipe as well, be sure to pick up the following ingredients in-store:

  • ½ cup cashews, soaked in 1 cup of water at least 30 minutes
  • 6 Yukon Gold Potatoes, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and diced
  • ½ head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 bunch kale (about 10 leaves)
  • 2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

What is better than Nutella and bananas? Nothing, I tell you! If you are like me, then you’ll ove these Nutella And Banana Stuffed Crescent Rolls! I know that I’ll be making this sweet treat over and over, because my family loved them. Want to make these too? If so, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 can crescent rolls (8 rolls)
  • 1/4 or 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1-3 teaspoons cinnamon

Holiday DIY For All Ages!

With summer fading out and the fall just around the corner, this is a great time to start doing a little bit of fall crafts!! This one is our family favorite! On the plus side, you get to eat this craft after your done! Below you will find the materials and directions!

Materials:
*Small Oranges
*Green Pipe Cleaners
*Googly Eyes
*Black Foam Pieces (optional use: sharpies)

Directions:
1. Wash your orange and make sure it is free of oils and dirty.
2. Curl a small piece of pipe cleaner around a pencil or finger and place in top of orange.
3. Add googly eyes
4. Add a nose and a mouth
5. Sit back and admire your newly created pumpkin!
