Orange Crush Cupcakes Recipe!

If you’ve read up on my DIY posts, you know that I love cupcakes, as does my family. So, I recently found these Orange Crush Cupcakes that I just have to make. I have yet to try this, but they look so delicious. Plus, Orange Crush is a great soda that my kids enjoy. Want to make these yourself? If so, you will need the following:

Cupcake:

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Orange Crush
  • 5 tbsp Orange Gelatin Mix

Frosting:

  • 1 cup softened Butter
  • 3 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Orange Crush
  • 2 tbsp Orange Gelatin Mix

DIY 4th Of July Cookie Cutter Painting!

Looking for a fun DIY this July 4th weekend? This one is simple even for the littlest of hands! Below you will find materials needed and instructions and as always, HAVE FUN!

Materials:
*white paper
*red, white, and blue non-toxic paints
*star cookie cutters

Instructions:
1) place paint in individual places on a plate,
2) dip the star shaped cookie cutters in the paint
3) press down on the cookie cutter on the piece of white paper
4) lift up on the cookie cutter and do another color!
5) have fun and get creative, it is ok to overlap the shaped and colors!
6) back them with colored construction paper if you would like and proudly display them around your home!

Are you trying to lose some weight during these summer months? If so, we have a new recipe for you! You must try these Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Peppers! If trying to lose those last few pounds, you can cut down on the amount of cheese. Don’t these look delicious? If you’d like to make this dish too, be sure to pick up the following:

  • 4 Large red peppers – halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 cups prepared couscous
  • 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken tenders
  • ½ c salsa
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Sargento shredded 4 cheese mexican cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Optional
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • 1 tsp hot sauce*

Want to make a fun appetizer for dinner this weekend? If so, you must make these Crunchy Taco Cups! I’ve made these for my family and they loved them. I love making appetizer-like dishes for dinner or lunchtime, because they are great for potlucks and parties! Plus, this is a great way to help with portion control, which is great for me. If you want to make these taco cups too, pick up the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 envelope (3 tablespoons) taco seasoning
  • 1 (10-oz) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or Mexican blend)
  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • 2 boxes (14.1 oz each) refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg white, beaten
