Crunchy Taco Cups Recipe!
Want to make a fun appetizer for dinner this weekend? If so, you must make these Crunchy Taco Cups! I’ve made these for my family and they loved them. I love making appetizer-like dishes for dinner or lunchtime, because they are great for potlucks and parties! Plus, this is a great way to help with portion control, which is great for me. If you want to make these taco cups too, pick up the following ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 envelope (3 tablespoons) taco seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or Mexican blend)
- 24 wonton wrappers
