Homemade Muscle Rub With Essential Oils For Muscle Pain!

Do you ever have achy muscles at night? If so, you need to make this Homemade Muscle Rub With Essential Oils For Muscle Pain! I made this remedy for my husband last week and it worked wonderfully.  As a construction worker, he gets bad shoulder pain. Long story short, he loved this homemade rub. If you’d like to make this muscle rub as well, be sure to have the following ingredients ready:

  • 3 oz. beeswax pastilles (or a brick, which you will need to chop up)
  • 4 tbsp. Coconut oil
  • 4 tsp. sweet almond oil
  • 15 drops pure rosemary essential oil
  • 15 drops pure marjoram essential oil
  • 10 drops pure lavender essential oil
  • 10 drops pure lemongrass essential oil
  • Water

This is a great way for your children to express their creativity at home. Plus, sometimes your kids will make strange-looking trees, which is fun to see. If you’d like to make this festive craft with your children as well, be sure to have the following supplies ready:

  • Paper Plate
  • Green Paint
  • PVA Glue
  • Sequins / Pom-poms / Buttons etc
  • Glitter
  • Stapler
  • Glue Stick

Mexican Horchata Recipe!

It’s December, which in my family means drinking lots of horchata! This may be my husband’s favorite holiday drink, because he loves all-things cinnamon! I recently found a homemade recipe of this drink that I just had to share with our readers. I was nervous to try making this drink myself, but it was easier than I thought. If you’d like to make this cinnamon and rice drink as well, be sure to have the following ingredients ready at home:

  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 1 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1 Can (12 ounces) Evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk or almond milk
  • 1 L of water
  • Ice

Long story short, I loved these bath salts! Nothing is better than eucalyptus oil and vanilla. I plan on making these bath salts again and giving them to my in-laws! You must try this new recipe! Here are the supplies you’ll need:

  • 1 cup Epsom salt or sea salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 3 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • 8 drops vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring if desired

This recipe is absolutely amazing and its great for those colder months when you want a warm pumpkin and caramel treat! I recently made this dish for my kids and they absolutely loved it.
