Apple Cider Caramels Recipe!
In the mood for a sweet treat this weekend? If so, these Apple Cider Caramels look absolutely delicious! I haven’t made this caramel recipe yet, but it looks both fun and relatively simple to make at home. My husband’s been asking for homemade caramel for months, so I should make him this tasty-looking treat. If you’d like to make this as well, be sure to have the following:
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream divided
- pinch ground cloves
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter cubed
