I’ve made this recipe with my cookie cutters before and my kids loved them. Plus, this recipe keeps your sugar cookies soft all week.   • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

I recently found a homemade recipe of this drink that I just had to share with our readers.  Plus, the slow cooker really makes your home smell wonderfully as the apple cider is warming. If you’d like to make this slow cooker drink as well, be sure to have the following ingredients ready at home:

  • 4 pounds apples, chopped – any eating apple will work. I used a combination of Ambrosia and Honey Crisp for mine.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 orange, chopped
  • 2 quarts water
