Have you ever made a homemade calzone? I haven’t yet! I recently found this delicious-looking Garlic Cream Chicken Calzone recipe that I have to try. You cannot go wrong with pizza dough, chicken, and garlic cream sauce. Am I right? If you’d like to make this recipe too? Be sure to have the following ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp chicken bouillon powder/granules dissolved in ¼ cup HOT water OR ¼ cup chicken broth*
  • ¾ cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • ¾ tsp dried basil
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe!

Wanting pie tonight, but do not know what to make? If so, you’ll need to try this Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe! I recently tried this pie with my family and they enjoyed it immensely. Plus, making this pie is very easy to make! You just need to wait for the pie to firm in the fridge after putting all of the ingredients together! I plan to make this dish again and again.  Here are the ingredients you’ll need, if you plan on making this as well:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

DIY Rustic Twig Frame Project!

I found the most adorable frame project! You must look at this DIY Rustic Twig Frame project. This looks like such a beautiful gift idea for a birthday or anniversary. I plan on making one of these frames for my mother-in-law! Want to make one too? If so, be sure to pick up the following supplies:

  • Wooden craft frame
  • Pruning shears
  • Brown acrylic paint
  • Foam brush
  • Hot glue gun and hot glue stick (or white craft glue)
  • 40 to 50 small twigs (1/16 to 1/4 inch in diameter)
  • Decorative faux moss and flowers

PS: I was able to find the craft frame, foam brushes, and faux decorations at my local Dollar Tree!

During the summer months, I love eating fresh greens! I found this delicious Apple Cranberry Spinach Salad recipe and just had to share with our readers. This salad contains pecans, a personal favorite. This salad was a huge hit at my local barbecue! Want to make this light dish as well? If so, here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach (about 10 cups of torn leaves)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 Gala apple, sliced
  • 1 or 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 whole fresh mandarin oranges, peeled; or 1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
