Do you like to take baths before bed to rid your stress? I sure do! If you’re like me, then be sure to make this Nighty Night DIY Bath Salt Recipe!  I recently made this recipe and it helped sooth my muscles and ease lingering anxieties. I love using bath salts, especially with essential oils. Want to make this bath salt remedy as well? If so, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:

  • Epsom salt
  • Unrefined extra coarse bath salt
  • Pure sweet almond oil
  • 10-15 drops of Nighty-Night essential oil
  • Vitamin E

PS: You can find these essential oils at Amazon or health-food stores. Not every Target or Walmart store may carry these essential oils, but keep your eye out.

Who loves girl scout cookies? I do, I do! My favorites are the Samoas or Caramel deLites cookies. I recently made this Samoa Truffles treat and it was delicious, as expected. My husband even enjoyed these cookies and he doesn’t like sweets that often. Want to make these cookies as well? If so, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:

  • 7 oz sweetened, shredded coconut
  • 1 can dulce de leche (14 oz)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 2 cup Nilla Wafer crumbs (about 7 oz cookies)
  • 16 oz Ghirardelli dark chocolate wafers

Chicken Pot Pie Soup Recipe Recipe!

The weather is already starting to get colder, which means soup weather! I recently made this Chicken Pot Pie Soup Recipe and it was amazing. Nothing is better than chicken, cream, and carrots! Am I right? If you’d like to make this soup dish as well, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 chicken breast halves, or 2 cups leftover cooked chicken
  • Seasoned salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ⅓ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 quart (4 cups) heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken base (sold near the bouillon)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ small yellow onion, minced
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, cooked
  • 1 cup chopped cooked carrots
