Do you have any empty egg cartons? If so, why not make this Egg Carton Turtle project?! This is a great way to make crafts with items that were going to be thrown away.  I haven’t made this craft yet, but my kids enjoyed similar projects like this before. If you’d like to make this project with your kids, then be sure to have the following:

  • Empty Egg boxes
  • Green Cardboard
  • Pom Poms
  • Googly Eyes

PS: Other than the egg carton, I was able to find all of these supplies at my local dollar store.

I have not yet made this craft, but it looks fun and relatively easy to make. Want to make this project as well? If so, be sure to pick up the following supplies:

  • 1 Tbsp Borax
  • 1/2 Cup Warm Water
  • 2 Tbsp White School Glue
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • Food Coloring

PS: I was able to find all of these supplies at my local Walmart store for under $5!
