Apple Cranberry Spinach Salad Recipe!

During the summer months, I love eating fresh greens! I found this delicious Apple Cranberry Spinach Salad recipe and just had to share with our readers. This salad contains pecans, a personal favorite. This salad was a huge hit at my local barbecue! Want to make this light dish as well? If so, here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach (about 10 cups of torn leaves)
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
  • 1 Gala apple, sliced
  • 1 or 2 avocados, sliced
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 2 whole fresh mandarin oranges, peeled; or 1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Need to remove wallpaper? If so, I found an easy remedy that should help everyone! You can remove wallpaper with only two ingredients! Plus, you probably already have these supplies at home. Isn’t that great and thrifty? If you plan on removing wallpaper in your home, be sure to pick up the following supplies:

  • 2 C Water
  • 1/8 C Downy Laundry Softener

PS: I’ve actually found tiny bottles of Downy Softener at my local Dollar Tree.

My family absolutely loves chicken and dumplings! So, I recently found a new dumpling recipe and had to try it. As expected, my entire family devoured this meal. If you like this classic dish too, then be sure to make this version. Feel like making this recipe too? If so, here are the ingredients you’ll need to pick up:

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 1/2 pounds skin-on, bone-in chicken pieces (all thighs or a whole cut up chicken or a mixture of light & dark meat)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 10 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
