You may be entitled to get back up to a $12 check from this Home City Ice Class Action Settlement if you are eligible! Simply complete the short form by May 17th to submit your claim. They’ll e-mail you with details at a later date with instructions on how to get your payment. This settlement is about how ice makers allegedly engaged in an antitrust scheme to fix the price of bags and blocks of ice, resulting in consumers paying a higher price than they would have without the allegedly anticompetitive scheme.
