Memorial Day weekend is a little over a week away! Do you plan anything as a family like, a cookout, family get together, or a bonfire? My family and I will be traveling to visit family this year and making these adorable Red, White, & Blue strawberries! Want to make them too? Find directions below:

Ingredients:
*Strawberries (washed and dried)
*Melted white chocolate
*Blue sugar sprinkles

Directions:
*dip your strawberries about 3/4 of the way into the melted chocolate, tap or shake off excess chocolate. Then once the excess is done dripping off, dip 1/2 of the white chocolate into the blue sugar sprinkles. Set them on wax paper to harden. You can place them in the refrigerator too for about 10 mins too!
*take out of refrigerator and arrange on a plate!
*ENJOY!!

• 1 lb pizza dough, room temperature
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp dried parsley
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• 6 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese (use more if you’d like!)
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 4 oz pepperoni
• 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Crispy Cheese and Bacon Potatoes Recipe!

Want some comfort food tonight? If so, nothing is better than bacon, potatoes, and cheese! Am I right?! Be sure to make this Crispy Cheese and Bacon Potatoes recipe. I recently tried this recipe last weekend and my family loved it. Plus, it was quick and easy to make. If you’d like to make this as well, you’ll need the following:

• 1/2 pound bacon
• 3 extra large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1/2″-3/4″ pieces, about 6 cups worth
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend shredded cheeses
• 3 green onions, sliced thin

• 8 oz rotini or bow tie pasta
• 1 (14oz) can pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 2 cups diced ham
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced

• ½ cup mayonnaise or dressing
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• ⅓ cup pineapple juice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• black pepper to taste
