- 2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into ½-inch chunks
- Salt and pepper, or to taste
- 1½ tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- ½ onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar

I recently found this Hot Sausage Beer Cheese Dip and I want to make this recipe! It looks relatively easy and fun to make. Want to make this dish as well? If so, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 (16oz) roll hot breakfast sausage
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beer
- 2 (8oz) low fat cream cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup diced green onion
- corn chips, bread or vegetables for serving
