DIY Ideas: You can start this craft, by looking thru older frames in your home! Do not have a large enough frame or want a different frame for cheap? If so, visit your local thrift store or garage sale and save big! I would purchase some chalkboard paint and give my frames a distressed look. That’s just my personal preference. Wanting to spend time with your kids this weekend, but do not want to spend too much money? Then, have a science night with fun experiments! I know my boys would love to make these fun Crystal Geode Eggs. This would be a fun Easter alternative to regular eggs, if making around the holiday. Here are the tools and materials you’ll need to make this fun craft:

  • Alum (you can find this in the spice aisle)
  • School or glitter glue
  • Egg dye
  • Blown-out white jumbo eggshell
  • Small scissors
  • Craft stick or plastic spoon
  • Paintbrush
  • Latex gloves
  • Microwave-Safe Container
  • Microwave
  • Water
  • Measuring cup
  • Newspaper or drying rack

If you are like me, then your family absolutely loves Easter! My husband loves the spring dinner, my kids love the egg hunts, and I love to decorate! So, I found a fun and unique DIY project that was too cute not to share with our viewers! You can make a rainbow bunny Peeps wreath! Isn’t that an amazing and innovative idea? You’ll need the following supplies:

  • Peeps Bunnies (5 Color Sampler Pack)
  • 10″ Styrofoam Wreath
  • Toothpicks
  • Pink Burlap Ribbon
  • Floral Pin
