Attention! Recall on Evenflo Transitions 3-in-1 Car Seat!

Attention everyone! There has been a recall on the Evenflo Transitions 3-in-1 Car Seat. Only Transitions seats manufactured prior to January 29, 2016 are included. This booster seat has the following:

1. Forward-facing harnessed booster (for children 22-65 lbs. and 28-50 inches tall);
2. High-back belt-positioning booster (children 40-120 lbs. and 43.3-57 inches tall); and
3. No-back belt-positioning booster (children 40-120 lbs. and 43.3-57 inches tall).

To determine if your child’s seat is included in this recall and to order a remedy kit, please provide your seat’s model number and date of manufacture here! Or call the Evenflo’s ParentLink Consumer Resource Center at 1-800-233-5921, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5 p.m. ET. Do not return this seat to the retailer that you purchased it from.

There is a Dole Salads Recall since one person has died and 12 have been hospitalized in a Listeriosis outbreak linked to Dole packaged salads. Officials from CDC announced today they have been investigating the six-state outbreak since September 2015.
