Well it’s February 1st and my daughters favorite holiday of the year! She loves everything about Valentines Day! This is something we started this year, today to be exact! What you do is write something you love about that person on a heart and tape it to their door! You then add 1 ever day until Valentines Day, or longer if you prefer! My daughter was excited to wake up this morning to a heart on her door! My son loved it too! Great for friends, husbands, or maybe you just need to tell yourself how awesome you are or how much you are loved!

Raised Copper Pipe Plant Stand DIY!

Would you like to raise the heights of your plant stands at home? If so, I recently found a Raised Copper Pipe Plant Stand do-it yourself project that looks fun. I haven’t made this project myself yet, but I’m definitely going to soon. I love the look of the copper pipe in the above photograph. If this project interests you as well, be sure to have the following supplies:

  • 1/2-inch copper pipe
  • Measuring tape
  • Marker
  • 1/2-inch copper T (qty 8)
  • 1/2-inch copper cap (qty 8)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Awl
  • Hammer
  • Scrap wood
  • Ceramic pot (found at Ikea)
  • Nail polish remover
  • Ketchup

Toilet DIY Bombs!

Do you want to keep your toilet smelling nice with a do-it-yourself project? If so, you must make these Toilet DIY Bombs. If you’ve never made these before, basically, its scenty soap that dissolves in water. They’re amazing, but so expensive in-store! So, why not make your own at home?! If you’d like to make one of these toilet bombs as well, then be sure to have the following ingredients ready:

  • 1 1/3 cup Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Citric Acid
  • 30 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 30 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • 30 drops Lemon Essential Oil
