Grand Prize- A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (collectively, “Group”) to Los Angeles, CA (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates expected to be in June/July, 2014 (“Trip”), consisting of the following elements (“Element”) for the Group: [1]hotel accommodations (one standard room/dual occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights at a hotel in Burbank selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion; [2] a style consultation with Jeannie Mai; [3] round trip transportation to and from location of style consultation via private sedan; [4] a $500 Walmart Gift Card (for winner only) to use towards new outfits and makeup; [5] a $750 spending allowance (for winner only) to be used towards meals and incidentals; [6] a wardrobe allowance of $500 spent on items at Jeannie Mai’s discretion; [7] a manicure/pedicure (for winner only) at a local nail salon (“Nail Salon”) which is walking distance from the hotel; [8] hair salon services (for winner only) including a haircut, shampoo, style, blow-out and make-up application at a local salon (“Hair Salon”); [9] taxi allowance (awarded via check) to use towards transportation to and from the hair salon; [10] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred (200) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (“airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred (200) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winner’s residence and the hotel, and [11] airport/hotel transfers; (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”). ARV of Second Prizes: $20 each for a total for Second Prizes of $10,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $21,550. If the actual value of a prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only.
