PRIZE TIER 1: The following Prize Tier 1 prizes will be available from the start of the Sweepstakes Period:
10 Tier 1 First Prizes: Each Tier 1 First Prize winner will receive a pair of tickets to a total of 5 Disney Movie theatrical releases. Tickets are awarded in the form of 5 DMR Magic Codes, each redeemable through the DMR Website for 1 Hollywood Movie Money® Certificate issued by QLS which are each redeemable for 2 admissions (up to a $7.50 value, each) to see a Disney theatrical release in 2014 (the “Certificate”) at participating theaters. Winner must comply with the terms and conditions specified by QLS. Certificates are not redeemable for any other studio releases. Any Certificate not used by the date noted on the Certificate will be void. Any amount remaining on any Certificate after initial use will be forfeited. Any costs for the admission exceeding $7.50 each will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Following verification, each potential winner will receive an e-mail, sent to the e-mail address associated with his/her DMR account, which will include a link directing the potential winner to a redemption website. At the redemption website, the potential winner must follow the directions to redeem and print the Certificate. Note: the Certificate may only be redeemed by the winner. The ARV of each Tier 1 Second Prize is USD $15 / CAD $15.78. The total ARV of all Tier 1 Second Prizes is USD $15,000 / CAD $15,780.

PRIZE TIER 2: The following Prize Tier 2 prizes will be available if there have been at least 100,000 Engagements prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period:

5 Tier 2 First Prizes: Each Tier 2 First Prize winner will receive a high-performance tablet (16 GB memory or equivalent with Wi-Fi), and an Oz: The Great and Powerful Blu-ray Combo Pack with Digital Copy. TIER 3: The following Prize Tier 3 prizes will be available after there have been at least 200,000 Engagements prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period:

5 Tier 3 First Prizes: Each Tier 3 First Prize winner will receive a Disney Infinity Starter Pack, a PlayStation® 3 system and a Disney Movie Library on Blu-ray Combo Pack (5 films, selected by BVHE in its sole discretion). The ARV of each Tier 3 First Prize is USD $269.95 / CAD $284.06. The total ARV of all Tier 3 First Prizes is USD $1,349.75 / CAD $1,420.30.

PHASE 4: The following Prize Tier 4 prize will be available upon after there has been at least 300,000 Engagements prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period:

1 Tier 4 First Prize: The Tier 4 First Prize winner will receive a private movie screening of the Tier 4 First Prize winner’s choice of a Disney film (subject to availability and approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the Tier 4 First Prize winner and up to 50 guests at a movie theater close to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion). Upon verification of eligibility Sponsor’s designee will contact the Tier 4 First Prize winner to arrange the screening. The ARV of the Tier 4 First Prize is USD $1,600 / CAD $1,683.65, and may vary depending upon the Tier 4 First Prize winner’s market. Any difference between the actual value, if lower, and the stated ARV will not be awarded. If the Tier 4 First Prize winner invites fewer than 50 guests no additional compensation will be provided.
