Barbecue Pineapple Meatballs Recipe!

Want a different take on meatballs for lunch or dinner? If so, you can make this Barbecue Pineapple Meatballs recipe! These meatballs would be amazing over rice or steamed vegetables. Want to make this yumy dish as well? If so, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup undrained canned crushed pineapple
  • 1 – 16 oz. package frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • salt & pepper

PS: If you’d like a healthier version, I’ve made this recipe with turkey meatballs instead and loved it.

Key Lime Cupcakes Recipe! Perfect Summer Treat!

Key Lime can be one of my favorite flavors, especially during the summer season. So, why not try this flavor in a cupcake? As seen in previous recipes, my family loves cupcakes! So, I know that I will be making this sweet treat soon. If you like this flavor and/or cupcakes too, then here is what you will need:

Cake:

  • 1 box White Cake Mix +box ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice

Frosting:

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 6 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1 drop Green Food Colouring

DIY Flower Pot Shelves!

Wanting a fun and festive Memorial Day DIY? Look no further! This super affordable craft can be painted with different colors to match your decor or holidays! Below you will find the simple and easy to follow directions:

Materials:
*4 cinder blocks
*Red Spray Paint (i would find one with a primer in it)
*2 pieces of wood (cut to the correct width of cinder blocks and how over long you want)
*Blue latex paint

Directions:
-thoroughly spray pain the cinder blocks. You might need a few coats as the cinder blocks do absorb some paint. Make sure you lay card board or a cloth down if you want to protect ANYTHING from the spray pain! Let dry completely! While the cinder blocks are drying go ahead and paint both pieces of the wood! You might want to do 2 coats on them! Once everything is dry, it is time to assemble! Place 2 cinder blocks where you want them, add a shelf, and repeat until finished! Add some colorful flower pots and decorations and you are DONE!

In the mood for Mexican food tonight? If so, you must try this Best Chicken Enchiladas Recipe! This dish is a family staple in our home and we love it! Your family will love these chicken enchiladas too, so do not pass this recipe up. Plan on making this dish too? Here is what you will need:

  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small white onion, peeled and diced
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into small 1/2-inch pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans or lentils, rinsed and drained
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups Mexican-blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can store-bought enchilada sauce
  • (optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro)
