Peppermint Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies Recipe!

Its cold outside, which means lots of baking! I love baking with peppermint and chocolate, so making these Peppermint Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies was a no-brainer. Last weekend, I made this sweet treat for a party and my guests devoured them. Want to make delicious cookies these as well? If so, you’ll need the following ingredients ready at home:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon mint extract
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 28 unwrapped peppermint kisses
