Maybe I need to pay more attention to the news but it seems that Hurricane Dolly sneaked through the backdoor. I heard it entered the Gulf on Monday, but then yesterday it was approaching South Texas and North Mexico as a hurricane. I was shocked that it had moved so quickly in such a short amount of time. Usually hurricanes can take days building in the Gulf. In a small way I’m glad it moved this quickly since it didn’t have time to build into a more powerful Hurricane. In other ways I’m a little surprised by how little coverage it got from the media. I guess we should be glad since the gas prices seem to be holding steady. I just hope everyone in the path stayed safe and can rebuild quickly.

I’m always looking for ways to market my business or website. I have a Tupperware business so handing out ink pens would be a great way to market it. Here are some ways you could use to start marketing pens. People love free pens so leave them at a bank, grocery stores with a cashier, after you sign your bill at a restaurant, or give them as freebie with an order.
I know some of you might be wondering why some posts look like advertisements and you are correct. They are and I started this blog for several reasons which I explained in a previous post. I like to think of them as commercials. I do think a few of the posts I’m doing do fit in like the life insurance one. I strongly believe every adult should have a term policy to cover funeral expensses and other expenses. I wanted to explain to my readers but I’m sure most of you already knew what I was doing.
My dad just loves electronic gadgets, and has a very nice home entertainment center. He has wired the living room for surround sound and has a very nice flat screen tv. He has it mounted on the fireplace with an lcd mount which keeps it very secure. He has more remote controls than an electronic store. I really don’t know how he remembers what remote goes to what component. I must admit that it’s very nice to watch movies, but I would rather save our money for a nice vacation next year. I will admit that I do love the DVR we have and it’s very handy.
I don’t have any pets, but if I did then I would want them to be as healthy as possible. Bringing them to the vet for check-ups, giving them pet supplements, good food, and lots of exercise. I have a huge backyard that any dog would love to run around. I would also make sure my pets had toys and lots of love. Take care of your furry friends.
