PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize: a 4 day/3 night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Glendale, Arizona, including round-trip, coach-class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to a major commercial airport near Phoenix, Arizona; 3-nights’ accommodations (one (1) room; double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor; two admission (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIX (the “Football Game”) scheduled to be held on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, AZ at the University of Phoenix Stadium; ground transportation to/from airport/hotel; and $800 spending money (awarded as a check made payable to winner).
Ten (10) First Prizes: each, two (2) admission tickets to an NFL 2015 regular season game (“Regular Season Game”) (First Prize Terms and Restrictions: Seating determined by Sponsor based on availability and winner preference. Winner and his/her guest must comply with all applicable venue rules and regulations or prize may be forfeited. A minor must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Sponsor is not responsible for issues arising from Regular Season Game venue operation and management that affect seating or otherwise. If the Regular Season Game is postponed or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
