• 2 cups flour plus 2 Tablespoons flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup shortening
• ½ cup buttermilk
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups peeled and chopped green apples
• ½ cup butter
• 6 Tablespoons milk
• 3½ cups powdered sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ⅛ cup caramel sauce

I know that my mother in-law loves these homemade sugar scrubs! This Gingerbread Body Scrub Recipe may be my new favorite holiday scrub. Have you made a scrub like this before? • 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup coconut oil (or other carrier oil)
• 1/4 cup almond oil

• 1/2 tsp all spice
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• Mason-style jar with lid
