- 3/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Red and Yellow Food Coloring
Frosting:
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Green Food Coloring
