Attention all Stevia users! If you purchased at least one Stevia in the Raw brand product with the phrase “natural,” “all natural” or “100% natural” between October 9, 2009, and July 1, 2014 you are eligible to obtain up to $2 for each package of the Stevia In The Raw. Keep in mind that there is a maximum cash payment of $16 per class member.
According to the settlement webpage, “Stevia in the Raw brand Consumer Products are not “natural,” “all natural” or “100% natural” and are inaccurately and deceptively labeled as so.” Therefore, they have been sued and the consumers and receiving compensation.
