Chocolate Covered Banana Pops Recipe!
Want to make a healthy treat for your kids in these warmer months? If so, you’ll have to try these Chocolate Covered Banana Pops! I’ve made these loads of times and my kids absolutely adore them. Plus, they are eating bananas instead of something like ice cream or cookies. If you’d like to make these yourself, be sure to pick up the following ingredients:
- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 6 ounces dark chocolate chopped, or semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 TBSP coconut oil, liquid
- 1/2 cup granola, chopped peanuts, sprinkles, coconut etc (optional)
