Upon conclusion of the last Giveaway Entry Period, ten (10) Live Well Challenge Prizes will be awarded, one for each level of eligibility, based on the number of Challenges entrants participate in as follows: participation in one (1) Challenge: $500; participation in two (2) Challenges: $750; participation in three (3) Challenges: $1,000; participation in four (4) Challenges: $1,250; participation in five (5) Challenges: $1,500; participation in six (6) Challenges: $1,750; participation in seven (7) Challenges: $2,000; participation in eight (8) Challenges: $2,750; participation in nine (9) Challenges: $3,500; participation in all ten (10) Challenges Grand Prize: $25,000. Prizes are payable in the form of a corporate check delivered within approximately forty-five (45) days of winner verification. Maximum value of all prizes: $50,000
