One of my best memories from my youth was camping with mom and being quite proud (from my mom’s praise and conversations) when I landed a large drum all by myself.
There’s a lot of memories and moments to choose from with my mom. One of my favorites was when we went to a Kelly Clarkson concert. She loves her music almost as much as I do, and thanks to me, she also knew all the lyrics. We bought tickets for a chance to see her in concert , that also happened to fall the day before a family wedding. We knew we’d be tired, and found out that day that it was going to be miserable weather. When we found out where our seats were, they were so much better than expected, but moments after we sat down the skies opened up and we were drenched. Thankfully my mom had the common sense to bring ponchos for us. We were drenched to the bone, hair plastered to the sides of our faces, but we both stood up the entire concert and sang along! It was so much fun!

My mother was always there for my sister and me! I was a blue jay in a play in elementary school so she had a satin jumpsuit made for me then spray painted angel wings blue! Added a yellow construction paper beak and I was a bluejay!

Hello I would Love to get the Mothers Day Give Away’s because I cant think of anything for My Mother
There are so many memories that I have of times spent with my mom, but the most precious memories that I have of her are recent ones. My mother is under Hospice care for end stage Parkinson’s Disease, so she is bed ridden; the times spent sitting beside her bed & holding her hand, singing to her, or putting lotion on her will be the most cherished times that I will remember. I consider it a blessing to be able to care for her and show her the gentle loving spirit that she showed me time and time again while growing up.
Having my daughter one week before Mother Day’s I finally knew what my mother meant when she said “you will know once you have a daughter of your own”, I then realized how unconditional my Mother’s love is for me and since my mom is my best friend I am so grateful to know that I now have another best friend for life, my daughter. So we spent Mother’s day together last year 4 generations of Mothers, daughters, granddaughter, & great granddaughter as a celebration to Mother’s Day and friends forever, something “you will never know until you have one of your own”
My mom is literally a super mom. In 1988 she had a kidney transplant to get off of dialysis and it has done wonders for her. By having this transplant she wasn’t supposed to have kids but she managed to have my older sister. Then she got pregnant again, with me of course. The doctors begged her to terminate her pregnancy for her safety but she said it would have to be her life or mine when she did that. That’s only where it started…
