Garnier’s BB Loyalty Program (“Program”) begins at 6:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 25, 2013 and ends at 5:00:00 PM ET on May 17, 2013 (“Program Period”). Rewards program may end earlier than May 17, 2013 if all rewards are redeemed prior to that date. The computer clock of Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Program. This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”). All questions, comments or complaints regarding the Program should be directed to the Sponsor (defined below) at the address listed below and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for contacting the prize winners or if the user opts in to receive more information.
ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of Program registration. Employees, officers and directors of Garnier, Consumer Products Division of L’Oréal USA, Inc., (“Sponsor”), Maybelline New York, Publicis and Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Program Entities”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Program. By entering the Program, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Program Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Program or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of rewards. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the decisions of the Program Entities, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Void in Puerto Rico, all other territories and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: The Program begins at 6:00:00 PM ET on February 25, 2013 and is scheduled to end at 5:00:00 PM ET on May 17, 2013, but Sponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Program, at its discretion, at any time. Participants will be able to redeem points at any time during the Program Period. To register for membership in the Program and set up your rewards account (“Account”), you must register at www.facebook.com/garnierusa (“Website”). To register at www.facebook.com/garnierusa you must use a computer with internet access to access the website and then you must enter your Full Name, Full Mailing Address, Email Address, Phone Number and Birth Date, as indicated. Only the individual named as the primary account holder will accrue points and will be entitled to access Account information. Participants earn rewards points (“Points”) for completing specific behavioral activities including, but not limited to: review a product; link social media accounts; answer trivia questions; complete various challenges; share a BB review; tell-a-friend; and more. Sponsor will attempt to credit members’ Accounts with Points on a timely basis. However, each member shall have the responsibility of ensuring that his or her Points are properly credited. Any claim for Rewards Points not credited accurately must be received by Sponsor within six (6) months of the date of claimed accrual of such Points or 5:00:00 PM ET on May 17, 2013, whichever is earlier, or otherwise such Rewards Points shall no longer be valid or usable.
