Have You Tried Dole Fruit Parfaits Yet?

Have you tried the Dole Fruit Parfaits yet? My family has and I think they are tasty even for the pickiest of eaters. Not that does not always mean the kids either. I was thrilled to receive them as I love peaches and cream. It’s a yummy and also healthy snack that I enjoy. These cup size snacks are perfect for lunch boxes.

You can find three different flavors:

  • Pineapple and Cème
  • Apples and Crème
  • Peaches and Crème

At first my picky eater was not sure if he would like them. I always ask him to at least try one bite. You never know if you will like something until you try it. I asked him to try the Peaches and Crème flavor. To his surprise he enjoyed it so much that he ate the whole cup. I had to get a new one for myself. My husband enjoyed the Apples and Crème flavor the most and I actually enjoyed the Pineapple and Cème more than I thought I would. With spring weather already here this is a nice treat to cool us in warmer days.

As a mom, I feel good letting my son eat it as it contains all natural fruit and rick in Vitamin C. It’s also a great snack for us very busy moms who are constantly having to watch our figures. DOLE Fruit Parfaits are low-fat and cholesterol free and low in sodium. Since high blood pressure runs in my family, then I try to keep an eye on my own sodium intake.

The best part is how affordable the parfaits are at only $2.79 for a package of four. Plus you can even find coupons to save even more money. They can be found in the canned fruit aisle at most grocery stores. You can check out the Dole Facebook Page and follow them on their DOLE Twitter Account for more information!

Let me know what you think of them if you had tried them before.
