It is National Nutrition Month and this weeks giveaway is “This MyPlate Builder Game”. This game is great for teaching kids about living a healthy lifestyle. I think that when parents get involved it would even be educational for them. Each card has a question related to health and nutrition or physical fitness. There are two ways to enter.
