PRIZES: Sweepstakes Grand Trip Prize (1): A trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to the Grand Canyon National Park. Trip includes round trip coach-class air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests to Sedona, AZ, standard hotel accommodations for four (4) (two (2) rooms, two guests per room) for three (3) days / two (2) nights, and one (1) rental car. Trip includes a Thomas’ English Muffins and Bagels private Breakfast for winner and guests, a guided tour of the Grand Canyon and $300 for winner only (awarded in the form of a prepaid gift card) which may be used towards food expenses while on trip. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $7,500. Actual value of trip may vary based on date and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all taxes (including but not limited to: income, federal, state and local taxes), any additional ground transportation, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, hotel incidentals and souvenirs. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value except as otherwise set forth herein. Winner and guest(s) must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize portion. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) unless child or legal ward of winner. Guest (or, if child or legal ward of winner, winner) may also be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel. In the event winner elects to travel with fewer than three (3) guests, the difference in prize value will not be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Grand prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion.
