This site is not working i fill the order and sign in it come back saiding that I was missing the e-mail or year of birth,or past work i give up it would not let it go through

Repeated attempts while filling in information. I fill everything out and submit and it comes back empty asking me to update what i just completed. Not worth the effort after 6 tries i gave up
