This starts on September 16th thru 29th during breakfast hours. I would check ahead at your local McDonald’s but this is supposed to be good at all locations in USA!
From Sept. 16 through 29, guests can get a free small McCafé coffee during breakfast hours at participating McDonald’s restaurants across the country.

In our area, all the McDonalds signs say Free small coffee ALL DAY LONG Sept. 16-29!
